Fair Elections

1. What if voters voted on issues instead of candidates?
2. What if voters ranked issues in order of importance?
3. What if voters could place issues on the ballot upon request?
4. What if the electoral college chose the candidate with the voting history that most closely matches the choices of the voters?
5. What if all female voters voted only for women?

Research suggests that voting for female lawmakers benefits women as individuals. Interpersonal stress and other environmental influences affect female genetic expression more than they affect male genetic expression. Behav Genet. 2014 Jul; 44(4): 337–346. Resisting electoral bullying and workplace mobbing can protect your health and autonomy. See Malays Fam Physician. 2010; 5(2): 61–67, this, J Inj Violence Res. 2018 Jan; 10(1): 17–24, and this. Men claim that gender diversity increases company finances and longevity. Men say to Start gender diversity from the top. Already, 53 percent of registered voters are very ready for a woman president.

In 2016, Modern Racism was the most consistent predictor of election outcomes. PLoS One. 2020; 15(3): e0229432. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote for president. Regardless, the electoral college gave us four more years of The Bully Tactics of Toxic Masculinity in the White House. The election was and is rigged by closed debates and, some say, in more than 20 states that do not legally require their electors to vote for the candidate who receives the most votes. Scientists have found that bullying causes brain damage and physical harm.* Have bullies already caused brain damage in the electoral college?

Women seek self-empowerment and autonomy. In 2016, How did the electoral college fail to start Gender Diversity in the United States Presidency?

Lack of training? The purpose of the electoral college has changed from distrust democracy to enforce democracy.
Failure to repair the electoral college? How do we empower electors to distrust democracy?
Overpopulation without automation? Assisting electors in a population explosion could start with a proportional representation algorithm.
Need to replace the electoral college? New technology allows the use of direct voting instead.
Regulate the electoral college? There is no fear of electors with healthy conscience and integrity splitting the vote or spoiling the election with Ranked Choice Voting.

In 2020, 3/4 of U.S. adults sided with U.S. Presidential candidates Jorgensen and Hawkins to end the wars which Biden and Trump backed! Why didn\'t more women know that they were running for president? According to UNESCO, Warmongering propaganda incites hatred, triggering and aggravating conflicts. Warmongers profit from violence and coercion including concealment of the fact that women are running for U.S. president. In 2020, women cast the deciding vote for the corporate populist who raped fewer women. When Tara Reade revealed that Joe Biden raped her, her brother said that men are idiots.

Scientists have found that electing men often damages women. Even in gender-balanced countries, prosecutor gender plays a role in judicial outcomes that elected men let men get away with violence against women. PLoS One. 2020; 15(7): e0235894. For example, white male Prosecutor Mitch Roth let white male Jaris Dreaming get away with breaking my back with impunity. (documentation available upon request) To his credit, he decided not to run for Prosecutor again. Purveyors of violence conceal their experiments on humans to prevent moral embarrassment. Camb Q Healthc Ethics. 2014 Apr; 23(2): 220. (They feel free to thwart anyone who questions their morality, since Dont you know theres a war going on? cuts off all moral debate at the outset.) The taxpayer is left to clean up after the prosecutors, rapists, pimps, and pushers, insofar as the federal Medicaid program mandates abortion funding.

Some people say that the solution to the partisan fever imperiling our democracy is Ranked Choice Voting.
To support another solution, I signed to open The Debates!
Another solution is to find a vote exchange partner to protect your conscience and integrity.

Resilience requires compassion for everyone involved. Dear Voters and Electors,
May you resist coercion with a vigilant and proactive stance.
May you encounter life experiences without reacting.
May you choose healthy influence and sustainable government.
Here is how I govern the government.

Blase and Blase (2007) stipulated that workplace bullying can cause physical harm to the body such as insomnia, migraines, back tension, tiredness, sickness, fluctuation in weight, digestive issues, heart palpitations, blotchy skin, ulcers, alcoholism, drug abuse, and death.
Workplace bullying has affected 37 percent of all adults in America (Workplace Bullying Institute [WBI], 2007).
Workplace bullying is prevalent in America and it consistently forces professionals into distressing situations (WBI, 2010). Workplace bullying has affected as much as 34.4 percent of the American labor force, which is about 53 million workers (WBI, 2010).
Consequently, bullies are persistent in offending and insulting their targets until the targets seek employment elsewhere (Georgakopoulos, Wilkin, & Kent, 2011).
Georgakopoulos, A., Wilkin, L., Kent, B. (2011). Workplace bullying: A complex problem in contemporary organizations. International Journal of Business and Social Science, 2(3).

Workplace bullying can be considered a source of prolonged social defeat stress that affects emotional well-being, likely through changes in neuroendocrine, autonomic and immune functioning. Additionally, it is possible that the effects of workplace bullying are not specifically due to actual encounters with the bully/bullies, or that these changes are only observed during working hours. Such invasive experiences are likely to be recreated over and over again in the minds of people that are being bullied. Such perseverative, intrusive thoughts have been shown to prolong the stress response beyond actual bully experiences, thereby adding to the wear and tear effects that these experiences have.

In the light of our results it can be hypothesized that hippocampal atrophy is related to occupational stress and to harassment at workplace, regardless of the role of the psychopathological dimensions of their effects.
Work related-stress and bullying at workplace could be considered as a relevant life-event-stressors and could be associated to poor mental health outcomes in a wide group of workers.

In conclusion, the available evidence indicates that the brain functioning of individuals who are bullied is altered (see reviews by Bradshaw et al., 2012; Vaillancourt et al., 2013a).
Research also suggests that the experience of being bullied is associated with telomere erosion. The end of each chromatid has been found to shorten as people age; this telomere tail also erodes as a function of engaging in unhealthy behavior such as smoking or being obese. Telomere erosion is also associated with certain illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease (Blackburn and Epel, 2012; Kiecolt-Glaser et al., 2011; Vaillancourt et al., 2013a).
A large body of research indicates that individuals who have been bullied are at increased risk of subsequent mental, emotional, and behavioral problems, especially internalizing problems.
There is evidence that stressful events, such as might occur with experiences of being bullied, alter emotional brain circuits.
Individuals who both bully others and are themselves bullied appear to be at greatest risk for poor psychosocial outcomes, compared to those who only bully or are only bullied and to those who are not bullied.
