1. Ended monthly shift rotation of patrol officers for officer health and performance and to prevent further fatality. Read this, International Journal of Genomics. Vol 2018 Article ID 8576890 and this.
2. Appointed female police chiefs Jacqueline A. Seabrooks on May 29, 2012 and Cynthia Renaud to be role-models and mentors since use-of-force studies show that the influence of officer gender remained significant. Read Women & Criminal Justice Volume:16 Issue:4 Dated:2005 Pages:91-117.
3. Eliminated the classified incident report numbering policy to reduce judicial functions performed by patrol officers.
4. Networked at community policing meetings that improve attitudes towards the police. Read Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2019 Oct 1; 116(40):19894 and this.
5. Increased evidence retention by a police department to four years by amending the evidence retention policy to meet the statute of limitations.
6. Implemented the policy of patrol officers wearing masks during close encounters with the public in accordance with the CDC.
7. Posted on patrol car mounted data terminals those calls for service that would normally be blocked or delayed by the dispatcher, so that patrol officers now have more control over their itinerary.
8. Authorized civil service staff to explore implementation of proposals for police reforms including 8cantwait and the Obama pledge.
9. Separated petitioners from respondents at the courtroom doors using my floor plan layout diagram of court protection order procedure to minimize victim/witness intimidation and silencing, since trauma can silence genes and the behaviors they code for. Read BMJ Open. 2017; 7(9): e017296 and this.
10. Ended the pattern and practice of frequent frivolous calls for police service as a subterfuge for workplace mobbing.
11. Ended the municipal practice of playing loud sexual harassment songs at public recreation centers.
12. Created the first
state Office of Wellness and Resiliency in the United States.

Repaired safety features including traffic lane markers and electric vehicle charging stations.
14. Suspended the license of an attorney for violating state law and the rights of an opposing litigant in court proceedings.
15. Stopped a litigant from repeatedly violating state law in court proceedings.
A. Performed failure modes and effects analysis of attempts at statewide board setting standards for training and certification of law enforcement officers posted here.
B. Provided CALEA with my analysis of the Department of the Attorney General Report on the Law Enforcement Standards Board.
C. Requested from indigenous forest protectors permission to trade their carbon credit for private security
services to
deter illegal mining and logging in the Amazon rainforest.
D. Provided written material to patrol officers on how to resist coercion by
workplace mobbers as described in Malays Fam Physician. 2010; 5(2):61 and this and J Inj Violence Res. 2018 Jan; 10(1):17 and this.
E. Informed police and courts that GABA neurotransmitter deficiency or landgrabber greed may cause the frequent
baseless, fraudulent calls for police service. Read Neuropsychiatr Dis Treat. 2015; 11:165 and this and World J Psychiatry. 2016 Mar 22; 6(1):43.
F. Promoted meditation and mindful practices to keep police officers out of default mode. Read Psychiatry Res. 2018 Apr;262:328 and this with guided meditation practice here and training and certification at the Center for Mindfulness in Public Safety.
G. Provided Police Chief, Prosecutor, and Attorney General with more than 200 signatures on a petition for agencies to (1) request funding for services for the most vulnerable crime victims, (2) request funding for services for trauma-informed courts and prosecutors, and (3) grant survivors of hate crimes and stalking the same protections that were available to survivors of domestic/family violence, protections that were aubsequently requested on page 29 of a report and for which funding was available through the USDOJ and specifically included in the RFP but omitted from the plan.
H. Requested a decompression chamber for the big Hawaiian island to prevent brain damage and amputation and as first-aid for diving and geothermal accidents, to cure and prevent the bends, non-healing wounds, diabetic foot ulcers, carbon monoxide poisoning, severe acute ischemia, gas gangrene, intracranial abcess, osteoradionecrosis, recalcitrant osteomyelitis, osteonecrosis and more at a facility planned by PCMC . I. Requested that police departments never dispatch two new recruits out on the same service call without supervision. Read this . Requires rank or other supervision of new recruits to show how to keep each other out of traps set by the responsible party calling in as the reporting party or using the police department as a slot machine to find gullible call takers and patrol officers to help target victims.
J. Requested that police departments prohibit call takers from using coercive tactics to hinder or
discourage a reporting party from requesting a call for service. Prohibits call takers from asking a question
that has already been answered. Requires the call taker to review the recording instead.
K. Requested that a police department permit all officers who make service calls to choose a bulletproof vest to cover the neck and groin to prevent fatal shooting to the neck and groin area as an alternative to the standard issued vest.
L. Requested that a police department obtain a permit to mount directional flood lamps on patrol, SWAT, TAC, and traffic officer vehicles as optional equipment.
M. Recommended ruling out HDAC inhibitor deficiency in officers who freeze and cannot move out of the way,

N. Reduced the mosquito population by 99% on large acreage.
O. Postponed climate change by the removal of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
P. Tested an electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) provisioned device and protocol.
Q. Distributed acid gas masks to the five women who complained about hydrogen sulfide releases from a neighboring geothermal power plant.
